AVT CONTRACTING was established in year 2007 in Hong Kong to provide construction service for Fitting Out, A&A and recent years Minor Works, Building Maintenance Work.  In year 2015, we extended our service to China by our Shanghai registered construction company to provide Fitting Out and Façade work.

Throughout these years, we have been developing our strength in sectors of Retail / Office / Residential / Community.  Our project type includes pure construction, design development and build, as well as design and build to suit client’s need.

AVT CONTRACTING is a subsidiary of AVT DESIGN.
